Our VMC (Vertical Machining Center) facility forms the foundation of our operations, enabling accurate cutting, shaping, and finishing of components and tooling with high dimensional consistency and repeatability. Our facility is supported by advanced in-house VMC machining capabilities, enabling us to design and manufacture precision moulds internally in accordance with OEM-approved standards. This allows us to maintain complete control over tooling accuracy, dimensional precision, and structural integrity at every stage of development. With full control over mould engineering and machining, we are able to refine, recalibrate, and optimize tooling configurations whenever required to meet evolving product specifications or quality benchmarks.
Our facility is equipped with a fully integrated in-house extrusion line,
enabling us to convert OEM-grade TPE pellets into high-quality sheets
tailored to our production requirements.
The pellets are processed through our controlled extrusion system to produce
uniform, precision-engineered TPE sheets that serve as the foundation for
various automotive applications.
To enhance material performance and flexibility, our extrusion setup
incorporates a multi-layer co-extrusion configuration (ABA structure),
allowing us to combine three distinct material layers within a single sheet.
This capability enables us to optimize characteristics such as durability,
surface finish, flexibility, and structural strength while maintaining
strict quality standards.
Our injection moulding infrastructure provides advanced capabilities for producing high-precision automotive components with exceptional repeatability and quality control. This technology enables us to manufacture complex geometries with tight tolerances, ensuring consistent part quality and optimal material utilization. The injection moulding process is ideal for producing components that require superior dimensional accuracy and surface finish. With in-house injection moulding capabilities, we can respond quickly to customer requirements, maintain stringent quality standards, and offer flexible production volumes from prototyping to mass production.
Our vacuum forming infrastructure forms the core of our TPE car mat production process. This stage transforms engineered TPE sheets into precisely contoured automotive floor solutions, ensuring accurate vehicle-specific fitment, structural stability, and refined surface detailing. Through controlled heating and forming parameters, the process delivers uniform material distribution and consistent dimensional accuracy, which are critical for performance-driven automotive applications. Further strengthening our production flexibility are two vacuum forming machines, enabling efficient thermoforming of components with consistent thickness, structural integrity, and smooth finishes. This setup supports faster prototyping, scalable production, and adaptability across multiple product designs.
